We hold thousands of rugs in stock, so there’s no need to wait.

FREE Next Day Delivery is available on eligible online orders for rugs up to 200cm wide.

Order before 2pm for delivery the following day. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm.

Ordering on Friday or over the weekend?

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or at any time over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Next Day Delivery is subject to postcode and courier availability.

Rugs Over 200cm Wide

Big rug? No problem – delivery is still FREE.

Larger rugs often need a different delivery service because of their size. If your rug is over 200cm wide, we’ll contact you after you order to arrange the most suitable FREE delivery service.

We’ll work with you to arrange a convenient delivery rather than trying to squeeze an oversized rug through a standard parcel network.

Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas

Delivery options can vary for the Scottish Highlands, Islands and some remote UK postcodes. If your address falls within one of these areas, we’ll contact you to discuss the available delivery options.

Where we can deliver free of charge, we will.

If an additional charge is unavoidable because of your location or the size of the rug, we’ll always discuss this with you before proceeding.

International Delivery

We can arrange delivery to many destinations outside the UK. Simply contact us with the rug you’re interested in and your delivery location, and we’ll talk you through the options.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

Most deliveries arrive exactly as planned, but occasionally couriers experience delays outside our control. If there’s ever a problem, contact us and we’ll do everything we reasonably can to help get it sorted.
